01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 55mbw ("55mbw," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 55mbw online casino and sports betting platform at https://55mbw.org and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and related services.

By accessing the 55mbw platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, promotion, or wagering activity offered by 55mbw, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 55mbw platform.

02 Eligibility

Access to and participation in 55mbw services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines is 21. 55mbw strictly enforces this requirement and does not permit exceptions under any circumstances.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Provision of false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 55mbw services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 55mbw platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 55mbw reserves the right to close all such accounts and void all winnings, bonuses, and balances associated with them.

3.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by 55mbw for account verification purposes. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update it in the event of any change.

3.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding the minimum threshold, 55mbw will require the submission of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. Accepted forms of Philippine government-issued identification include but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, UMID card, driver's licence, passport, SSS ID, PRC ID, and voter's ID. 55mbw reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending successful verification.

3.4 Account Activation

Account registration is complete upon verification of your registered Philippine mobile number via one-time password (OTP) confirmation. Full account functionality, including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, is accessible following successful account activation subject to KYC completion requirements for withdrawals.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 55mbw account credentials, including your username and password. Specifically, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online account or service.
• Notify 55mbw immediately via our official support channels if you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Log out of your 55mbw account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.

55mbw shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. However, 55mbw will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your account once a security incident has been reported through official channels.

05 Deposits & Payments

55mbw accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions govern all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• Currency: All transactions on 55mbw are conducted in Philippine Peso. Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion at prevailing rates.
• Own Funds Requirement: You may only deposit funds that you personally own and that originate from lawful sources. 55mbw strictly prohibits the deposit or wagering of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposits. 55mbw reserves the right to require additional verification in cases where the original deposit method is no longer available.
• No Chargeback: You agree not to initiate chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in relation to legitimate 55mbw transactions. Chargebacks initiated fraudulently will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to appropriate legal authorities.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

6.1 Processing Times

55mbw endeavours to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within an average of fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

6.2 Verification Requirements

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and KYC verification. 55mbw reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. Withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence review for amounts that trigger regulatory reporting thresholds.

6.3 Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. The withdrawal of real money funds that co-exist with active bonus funds may result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

55mbw offers various promotional programs including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and seasonal campaigns. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by specific terms published at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders who meet the qualifying criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• 55mbw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional program at any time with or without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable regulations.
• Players who are found to be exploiting promotional offers through collusion, use of multiple accounts, systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other abusive behaviour will have their bonuses voided and their accounts may be suspended.
• Only one promotional welcome bonus is available per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will be treated as a violation of the single account policy.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the applicable validity period will be automatically forfeited.

08 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 55mbw platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider and by 55mbw's general gameplay policies. By participating in any game on the 55mbw platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The outcome of all non-live games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party.
• All game results are final once confirmed by the platform. Technical errors or connectivity interruptions during gameplay may result in game round cancellation and stake refund, at 55mbw's discretion.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55mbw platform. Violation of any of these provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access, play, or exploit any game or feature on the 55mbw platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine laws, PAGCOR regulations, or international anti-money laundering standards.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or security systems forming part of the 55mbw platform.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to circumvent geographical restrictions or other platform access controls.

10 Responsible Gaming

55mbw is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm. In fulfilment of this commitment, 55mbw provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a reflection period before taking effect.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55mbw platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from the 55mbw platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55mbw's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 55mbw account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55mbw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from or in connection with your use of the 55mbw platform, even if 55mbw has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

55mbw does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, and factors beyond 55mbw's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. 55mbw shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions where reasonable steps are taken to minimise their duration and impact.

13 Amendments to These Terms

55mbw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by prominent notice on the 55mbw platform, with at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the 55mbw platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.

14 Termination of Account

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 55mbw account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, any remaining real money balance (subject to completion of any active wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided all KYC verification requirements have been satisfied.

14.2 Termination by 55mbw

55mbw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that the account holder has breached these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct, has provided false registration information, or where continued account operation would violate applicable regulations. In cases of account closure by 55mbw due to breach, balances may be withheld pending investigation and forfeited in cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with your use of the 55mbw platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between you and 55mbw relating to these Terms or your use of the platform should first be submitted to 55mbw's customer support team for informal resolution. 55mbw will endeavour to resolve all complaints in a fair and timely manner. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents 55mbw from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, platform integrity, or user safety.
